Home/How to Pay

Paying for care, made clear

Cost is the first question on most families’ minds — so here’s a straight answer.

Non-medical in-home care is typically billed at an hourly rate based on the hours and level of care your loved one needs, often with a small per-visit minimum. There’s no long-term contract, and we’ll give you a clear, no-pressure quote at your free in-home assessment.

Private pay

The most common and flexible option. Simple hourly billing, and you only pay for the hours you use.

Long-term care insurance

Many LTC policies cover non-medical home care. Our administrative team helps you file the paperwork and provides the documentation you need.

Veterans benefits (Aid & Attendance)

If your loved one is a veteran or surviving spouse, the VA Aid & Attendance benefit can significantly reduce out-of-pocket costs. Ask us and we’ll point you in the right direction.

No long-term contract

Start, pause, or adjust care whenever life changes — from a couple of hours a day to full 24-hour support.
